Louisville Gas and Electric is finishing up work at 1885 Richmond Dr for owner Regal Investment Group LLC and has applied to close the westbound curb lane on Richmond between Rosedale Ave and Bardstown Rd. They’re requesting to restore a 3' x 5' sidewalk cut and reinstall six No Parking signs under the LMPW utility restoration policy — this is a continuation of earlier work that’s marked completed but still needs restoration, with activity slated for December 2025.
