213 N 15TH ST Encroachment Permit Issued for Northbound Curb Lane Closure

Louisville Gas and Electric will be doing overhead electrical work on North 15th Street between Rowan Street and West Main Street and has applied to close the northbound curb lane at 213 N 15th St. The property is owned by E B M Realty LLC, the work is scheduled from December 2, 2025 to January 27, 2026, no pavement cuts are planned (so it’s more of an overhead crew than a dig), and project contacts include Christian Claycomb and applicant Kaitlyn Downs.
