527 N 33RD ST encroachment permit for 3' x 5' dirt cut to repair gas leak

Louisville Gas and Electric is planning a repair at 527 N 33rd St to fix a gas leak and has applied to close the northbound curb lane between Portland Avenue and Pflanz Avenue. Crews will make a single 3' x 5' dirt cut (scheduled Dec. 1–29, 2025) and the excavation will be restored under LMPW’s utility restoration policy; the property owner is Henrys Custom Carpentry & Handiwork.
