1413 Bland St permit: curb-lane and sidewalk closures; pole replacement

Louisville Gas & Electric Company is planning utility work along Bland Street that will affect the frontage at 1413 Bland St. For owner Volunteers of America Mid States Inc, crews will close the northbound curb lane and the easternmost sidewalk to replace one pole and install another (line transfers and pole removal will be coordinated through NJUNS); work is scheduled for 11/28/2025–12/26/2025 and the area will be restored under the LMPW restoration policy.
