614 YORK ST emergency repairs to concrete-filled service line

MSD (sanitary supervisor Ji Rawls) has reported emergency repairs at 614 York St., owned by FS3 LLC, to replace and repair a property service connection and a concrete‑filled pipe that was blocked with concrete; the work is scheduled to begin 11/17/2025 and run through 12/01/2025. The crew will be working between 6th and 7th Streets in the eastbound lane and on the southside sidewalk, making two asphalt street cuts (one about 8' x 4' and one about 6' x 8') and performing excavation, with both a lane closure and sidewalk closure expected.
