6008 TERRY RD encroachment permit for new driveway in progress
Habitat for Humanity of Metro Louisville, through applicant Emma Whitaker, has filed for an encroachment permit to create a new driveway at 6008 Terry Rd. The project calls for an asphalt curb cut and a hard-surfaced driveway—up to 20 feet wide in the right-of-way (or up to half the lot, about 32 feet, outside the ROW)—that must lead to the garage or rear yard, with work planned roughly from 11/19/2025 to 05/19/2026.
