1503 S 15TH ST curb lane closure for fiber optic work; no excavation

Hutchins Telecom (for Lumen) is planning a curb-lane closure on S 15th St to overlash new fiber onto an existing strand. The work will affect the stretch from 1503 S 15th St to 1450 S 15th St (between W Lee St and Wilson Ave), with no excavation and short-term flagging planned Dec. 1–6, 2025. The parcel at 1503 S 15th St is owned by The Healing Place Inc, and crews say they'll notify residents in person one week ahead and leave dated door hangers if anyone can't be reached.
