Lumen/Hutchins is planning a curb lane and sidewalk closure on W Hill St to overlash new fiber to an existing strand at 1600 W Hill St, with the property owner listed as Louisville & Jefferson County Metro. Work is scheduled for December 1–6, 2025 and includes one 6' x 6' concrete cut and one 3' x 4' dirt cut, with short-term flagging; affected residents will be notified in person a week before and given dated door hangers if crews can’t catch them at home.
