401 E Main St encroachment permit for crane to replace roof at Slugger Field

Highland Roofing Company, Inc., working through Power of Design Group, LLC, will use a crane to remove and replace the roof at Slugger Field, 401 E Main St. Work is planned for Dec. 6–13, 2025 on the N Preston St side (between E Witherspoon St and E Main St) and will require curb and driving lane closures plus a sidewalk closure with flaggers and a pedestrian detour; Louisville Jefferson County Metro Government is the property owner and the record notes no excavation or restoration will be required.
