401 E CHESTNUT ST Encroachment Permit for U of L West Tower project

Louisville Paving, with applicant Amy Richards, will close the sidewalk, curb, parking lane and the right-through lane on South Jackson Street between Chestnut and Muhammad Ali to stage materials and equipment for the UofL West Tower project at 401 E Chestnut St. The work for the University of Louisville (with Wehr Constructors as general contractor) is set to run roughly 11/19/2025–12/10/2025 and the site will be restored to Metro standards with no damages anticipated.
