10119 WHIPPS MILL RD applied for encroachment permit for cul-de-sac closure

Hall Contracting of KY, represented by Bill Robinson, has an encroachment permit for the Lyndon Bike & Pedestrian Improvements project at 10119 Whipps Mill Rd; the owner is Louisville Metro Public Works. The project will temporarily close the road to build a permanent cul-de-sac that will stop West Whipps Mill Road from accessing Hurstbourne Parkway, including lane and road closures and a single asphalt street cut of about 50 feet between 10119 and 10118 Whipps Mill Rd. Work is scheduled from 11/24/2025 to 01/01/2026, and a state permit has been issued.
