853 S 6TH ST Encroachment Permit submitted for sewer repair

MSD has submitted an encroachment permit to repair a brick main sewer and the property service connection at 853 S 6th St for owner FS2 LLC. The work is intended to prevent wastewater damage and emergency hazards to the public and roadway and will include a 5-by-12-foot asphalt street cut and a lane closure. Crews under applicant Ji Rawls are scheduled to work from 11/10/2025 to 11/24/2025 and will post eight no-parking signs during the repairs.
