6703 Rocky Ln encroachment permit filed for solar-powered LMPD camera
Flock Safety is installing one solar-powered license-plate-reading camera and Flock pole for LMPD at 6703 Rocky Ln, placed in the right-of-way on the east side of Beulah Church Road between Fox Chase Rd and I-265; the parcel is owned by Beulah Church Road LLC. The short-term job (starting 12/01/2025 and expected to finish around 01/05/2026) includes a small 2x2 street cut, a tech van parked on the adjacent grassy area, and has a site-specific traffic control and restoration plan on file.
