6707 MAYFAIR AVE encroachment permit to close westbound curb lane and pole work

Louisville Gas & Electric Company (applicant Derek Wilkins) is taking out an encroachment permit to replace one utility pole at 6707 Mayfair Ave (owned by David and Sandra Schardein), which will require closing the westbound curb lane on Mayfair between Mason Blvd and River Rd. The work is set for 11/21/2025–12/19/2025, involves excavation but not a full road closure, and LGE says the area will be restored under LMPW’s restoration policy with line transfers and pole removal coordinated through the NJUNS notification system.
