800 E Madison St encroachment curb cut submitted
Xiber LLC is planning two small street cuts to bring utility service to Elevate at Nulu, located at 800 E Madison St, which is owned by LMS NULU LLC. The work calls for two 2' x 2' excavations on East Muhammad Ali Blvd and East Madison (a lane closure is expected) scheduled from December 1 to December 4, 2025.
