1720 SUTHERLAND DR encroachment permit issued for dirt cut and curb lane closure

Louisville Gas and Electric is planning to close the eastbound curb lane on Sutherland Drive to perform a small 3' x 5' dirt cut to repair a gas leak at 1720 Sutherland Dr. Property owner Jill Beasley is listed, and the work is scheduled between 11/20/2025 and 12/18/2025. Cuts will be restored under the LMPW utility restoration policy, and the project contacts are engineer Lori Boisvert and applicant Kaitlyn Downs.
