642 E Market St encroachment permit for facade painting and sidewalk closure
Alan Miller Contractor will be doing detailed painting on the east-facing facade of Garner Narrative LLC's building at 642 E Market St. Work at the SW corner of E. Market St and S. Clay St will require blocking the sidewalk on Market and along Clay for up to two weeks while a small lift, ladder, and moveable scaffolding are used, and Alan says he's coordinating with Jesse Bray to work around ongoing street projects.
