117 S 10TH ST encroachment permit for tuck point and parking lane closure
Gregg Spielberg of Kentucky Mirror + Plate Glass is lining up tuckpointing work on the building at 117 S 10th Street, which is owned by J&G Main Street LLC. To give the crew lift access they’ll bag meters and close the northbound parking lane (and affect the sidewalk) from 11/16/2025 through 11/23/2025 while the masonry repairs are completed.
