123 S Wenzel St encroachment curb cut to replace 75 ft of sidewalk

Jon Davies has filed for an encroachment curb cut at 123 S Wenzel St for the Plumbers Supply on behalf of owner Main Plumb LLC, proposing to remove and replace a stretch of sidewalk with a new concrete sidewalk and curb. The project will cut and remove about 75 feet of existing sidewalk (three cuts: two 8' and one 75'), requires a sidewalk closure and some excavation, and is scheduled for November 10–17, 2025 with no lane or road closures planned.
