13010 Aiken Rd Encroachment Permit Issued for gas service work

Louisville Gas and Electric (LGE) has an encroachment permit to close the east- and westbound curb lanes on Aiken Road for work at 13010 Aiken Rd between North English Station Road and Avoca Road to install a new main gas service. The project for property owner Tug LLC includes three cuts — a 3' x 300' dirt cut, a 3' x 25' dirt cut, and a 3' x 20' asphalt cut — scheduled Jan. 5–June 5, 2026, and all cuts will be restored under the LMPW utility restoration policy (project contacts are Kurt Peace and Kaitlyn Downs at LGE).
