5229 Dixie Hwy lane closure for fiber work
Hutchins Telecom, working with Charter, will close the curb lane on Dixie Hwy between Kurz Way and Trent Ave to overlash about 232 feet of fiber to existing cable at 5229 Dixie Hwy; the property is owned by 5229 Dixie Highway LLC. Work is scheduled for 11/13/2025–11/20/2025, and the contractor says residents will be notified in person one week before construction with dated door hangers left at any homes or businesses from 5223 Dixie Hwy to 5229 Dixie Hwy if someone can’t be reached—so expect a brief curb-lane squeeze during that window.
