6514 Dixie Hwy encroachment permit for solar LPR camera on Lower Hunters Trace

Flock Safety is installing one solar-powered license-plate-reading camera and Flock pole for LMPD at 6514 Dixie Hwy, on the north side of Lower Hunters Trace between Dixie Hwy and Nial Ave. The property is owned by Swope Development LLC; crews plan a small street cut near 1808 Lower Hunters Trace, will park a van in the adjacent lot, and have a site-specific traffic-control and restoration plan, with work scheduled from 11/28/2025 to 01/02/2026.
