710 Sinclair St issued encroachment permit for LGE gas work, curb lane closure
Louisville Gas and Electric plans a small gas-line repair at 710 Sinclair St, filed by applicant Kaitlyn Downs. The crew will close the eastbound curb lane on Sinclair between Drummond Way and Rosshire Dr to perform one 3' x 5' dirt cut and excavation to fix a gas leak, with work scheduled between 11/11/2025 and 12/09/2025 and roughly four days of on-site activity. Cuts will be restored under the LMPW utility restoration policy, and the property is owned by Breeden Properties LLC.
