1928 HERBERT LN Encroachment Permit submitted for lane closure and gas service

Louisville Gas & Electric Company has applied to close the eastbound curb lane on Herbert Lane for gas work at 1928 Herbert Ln, with the job scheduled to run from 11/24/2025 to 12/31/2025. The project for property owner Louisville Jefferson County Metro Government calls for one 3' x 130' dirt cut and two 3' x 25' dirt cuts to install a new gas service, and all cuts will be restored under the LMPW restoration policy — so it’s a targeted excavation, not a full road closure.
