444 South 5th Street encroachment permit to close parking on KY 31E Bardstown Rd

M&M Services (applicant Jonathan Paul Wilson) will be reconfiguring parking and striping tied to the parcel at 444 South 5th Street, with the property owned by City of Louisville Public Properties. The work for KY 31E Bardstown Road (mileposts 13.55–14.35) will add and remove parking areas, require some parking closures and about 130 No Parking signs, and involves lane closures while striping is changed.
