501 Tin Dor Way encroachment permit for Fairdale Rd closure

Louisville Water Company (project manager Jacob Clark) is planning a temporary road closure on Fairdale Road between Fairdale High School and Tin Dor Way to install a new water main, and the property owner listed is Open Barn LLC at 501 Tin Dor Way. The work runs Nov. 2, 2025–Jan. 3, 2026 and includes a 4' x 20' pavement crossing plus a 4' x 1,960' dirt cut along the north side; closures are requested 10 a.m.–2 p.m., roads will be plated and reopened at the end of shifts, sidewalk panels will be replaced if disturbed, and Basham Construction is the contractor with residents already notified.
