700 E Main Street 104 applied for encroachment permit for sidewalk closure

MC Associates, LLC is planning a sidewalk closure at 700 E Main St, 104 (owner: NULU Central Station LLC) to keep pedestrians safe while an existing building is demolished. The closure affects S Shelby St between E Main St and Billy Goat Strut Alley, is scheduled from about Nov. 3, 2025 to Jan. 26, 2026, and the permit notes no planned cuts to pavement — any damage must be restored to previous condition or better.
