4107 Bells Ln road closure for Rail Rd crossing replacement/repair

Track Tech (applicant Michael Scott Jenkins) is planning a road closure to replace and repair the railroad crossing at 4107 Bells Ln, with the property owner listed as Equipment Care of Louisville Kentuck.
