200 E Market Street encroachment permit for milling, paving and road closure

Louisville Metro Government is wrapping up the E Market Streetscape by having Louisville Paving mill, repave, and restripe E Market St between South Brook St and Baxter Ave, with a road closure affecting the block at 200 E Market St. Work is scheduled 10/27/2025–10/31/2025 with crews on site from 7 AM–7 PM, and meter bagging will be coordinated with PARC as part of the final restoration. The site is owned by 200 East Market LLC, and Metro’s project manager says businesses are being kept in regular contact rather than receiving individual property notices.
