11601 MITCHELL HILL RD Encroachment permit for 3-inch PVC waterline tee

C.J. Hughes Construction (applicant Chris D. Combs) is installing a 3" PVC waterline tee for Louisville Water Company at 11601 Mitchell Hill Rd. The work is a small excavation in the grassy right-of-way about 10 feet off the asphalt near Old Mitchell Hill Road & Rayhill Road, will require a lane closure, and crews say they’ll backfill and restore the surface to previous condition. The property is owned by the Michael Lee Mudd Revocable Trust and the job is scheduled to start 10/28/2025 with a short run into early November.
