755 S Hancock St encroachment permit issued for 27-inch brick sewer repairs
Robinson Pipe Cleaning is scheduled to do point repairs and epoxy lining on a 27-inch brick sewer at 755 S Hancock St, a property owned by Louisville Metro Housing Authority. Work between East Jacob Street and Lampton Street will require two 15'x15' road cuts and a full road closure (sidewalks will remain open), with about 20 No Parking signs expected — plan for detours from 11/03/2025 through 01/02/2026 and final restoration per the LMPW Utility Policy Manual.
