226 N 17TH ST filed for encroachment permit to close sidewalk and parking lanes
William Joseph Mooney of Bosse Construction has submitted an encroachment permit to close the sidewalk and parking lanes at 226 N 17th St for the New Directions Senior Housing building. The owner is New Directions Housing Corp, and the work is slated to start October 24, 2025 and run through April 24, 2027. Expect sidewalk and curb closures along that block while the project is underway.
