4710 E PAGES LN applied for Encroachment Permit for Solar-Powered Camera

Flock Safety is installing one solar-powered license-plate–reading camera and pole for LMPD at 4710 E Pages Ln, on a parcel owned by Hillsdale Baptist Church Inc (4714 E Pages Ln). The work will take place in the south-side right-of-way between Dixie Hwy and Standing Oak Drive from 11/07/2025 to 12/12/2025, including a small 2' x 2' street cut; techs will park a van on the adjacent shoulder. The permit notes a site-specific traffic control plan and a restoration plan, and no lane, sidewalk, or full road closures are expected — more of a quick setup than a major construction project.
