2211 Woodbourne Ave encroachment permit issued for gas service work

Louisville Gas & Electric Company will be doing gas work at 2211 Woodbourne Ave for owner Jeffrey L. Biggs, installing a new service with a single 3' x 5' dirt cut that will be restored under the LMPW restoration policy. The permit allows closure of the westbound curb lane and the northernmost sidewalk, plus placement of eight no-parking signs, so expect some sidewalk detours and curb-lane impacts between 10/30/2025 and 11/27/2025.
