The project — on property owned by Michael N. Hayes — is a small right-of-way installation with one minor 2x2 street cut, no lane or sidewalk closures expected, and a site-specific traffic control and restoration plan; crews plan to work from 10/31/2025 to about 12/11/2025, parking a service van in the adjacent lot.
