2120 BUECHEL BANK RD encroachment permit submitted for Verizon fiber optic work

Verizon, through Power of Design on behalf of LTS Managed Technical Services/Verizon Business, is planning fiber work that touches property owned by St James Group Inc. at 2120 Buechel Bank Rd to service a handhole in front of the tower at 4906 Heller Street. The project will bore 1,809 feet in dirt, pull 5,999 feet through existing conduit, create three 4' x 4' cuts and three bore pits, and will involve curb-lane and sidewalk closures with flaggers and a pedestrian detour from 11/02/2025 to 12/28/2025; restoration will follow LMG utility policy and KYTC permits, a railroad agreement, and property-owner notifications are on file.
