1618 Shady Lane Issued for encroachment curb cut to replace driveway

Bluegrass Build & Design LLC has been issued an encroachment permit to remove the existing driveway and pour a new concrete driveway at 1618 Shady Lane. The project includes a curb cut and concrete pavement, is marked to start 10/23/2025 and wrap up around 12/23/2025, so expect some driveway work and temporary curb access during that window.
