105 Caldwell St Unit 1 Sidewalk closure for ramp and driveway reconstruction

Kiewit is planning a temporary sidewalk closure on the south side of East Caldwell Street near the alley entrance by 105 Caldwell Street Unit 1 to reconstruct the sidewalk ramps and the alley driveway that runs between 1st and South Brook Street. Applicant Devin Henderson of Kiewit Infrastructure South Co lists Dylan Campbell as project manager, the owner is Shawnee Renaissance Apartments LLLP, and crews expect to be working from 10/29/2025 through 11/18/2025 while they follow the attached restoration plan.
