6627 Brook Bend Way Encroachment permit issued for curb cut to widen driveway

Leonardo Amat Yero has been issued an encroachment curb-cut permit to widen the existing driveway at 6627 Brook Bend Way. The city requires the portion inside the public right-of-way (up to the sidewalk) to be a hard, durable surface no wider than 20 feet, while the driveway outside the ROW may be up to half the lot width (maximum 32 feet); Yero must verify the plan complies with any MSD easement before construction begins on 10/22/2025.
