1 ARENA PLZ encroachment permit for YUM Center roof repair

Deer Park Roofing is set to repair the roof of the YUM! Center at 1 Arena Plz, a property owned by Louisville Arena Authority Inc. The work runs from November 1, 2025 to January 1, 2026 and will close the north side of N 3rd St (between River Rd and Main St) plus a partial right lane to park dumpsters and stage cranes — garages and loading bays will remain open and no digging is required. The crew will clear the site on YUM! Center blackout dates (Nov. 1, 7 and 13), and contacts include Pat Dorsey of Deer Park Roofing along with the crane and traffic-control contractors.
