6911 Fernhaven Rd encroachment permit issued for LGE pole work and curb lane closure
Louisville Gas & Electric (applicant Derek Wilkins) will close the northbound curb lane of Fernhaven Road between Moorhaven Drive and Green Manor Drive to replace one utility pole near 6911 Fernhaven Road. The property is owned by the Price Family Revocable Living Trust; work is scheduled October 28–November 25, 2025, with no street cuts planned, the area around the pole will be restored under LMPW restoration policy, notifications handled through NJUNS, and there’s an outstanding permit fee of $325.
