6788 Dixie Highway encroachment permit for road work and water service

Louisville Water, represented by Brad Walter McBride, is installing a new water service at 6788 Dixie Hwy with work scheduled from October 28 to November 21, 2025. Crews will close the southbound curb and driving lane on the west side between Crawford Ave and Kerrick Lane, use traffic control and flaggers, perform one 5x5 street cut and one 5x5 sidewalk cut, plate the road and reopen it at the end of each shift, and restore the area per LMPW utility policy; the property owner is Palmetto Louisville Dixie Highway LLC.
