1516 E BRECKINRIDGE ST encroachment permit for curb lane closure and 6 no parking signs

Louisville Gas and Electric plans to close the eastbound curb lane on Breckinridge Street between Rubel and Baxter to install a new gas service at 1516 E Breckinridge St. Work for owner Rockleaze Properties LLC will be done on customer property, includes placement of six no-parking signs, is scheduled from 10/28/2025 to 11/25/2025, and no pavement cuts are expected. This is a continuation of a prior permit but crews haven't started yet, so expect a temporary curbside squeeze once work begins.
