13504 Bohannon Ave Withdrawn Encroachment Permit for LPR Camera

Flock Safety filed to install one solar-powered LPR camera and Flock pole for LMPD at 13504 Bohannon Ave (owner Melissa Black), positioning the pole on the west side of Bohannon between Pendleton Rd and Lewis Ln with a tech van parked on the shoulder and a small 2x2 street cut in the dirt right-of-way. The work was planned for 10/30/2025–12/04/2025, but the applicant requested the application be withdrawn, so the permit is listed as withdrawn.
