13504 Bohannon Ave encroachment permit for solar-powered LPR camera for LMPD

Flock Safety (applicant Katelyn McKinley) is installing one solar-powered license-plate-reading camera and Flock pole for LMPD at 13504 Bohannon Ave, a property owned by Melissa Black. The pole will sit in the right-of-way on the west side of Bohannon Ave between Pendleton Rd and Lewis Ln, requiring a small 2x2 street cut in the dirt; techs will park a van on the shoulder, work is scheduled for 10/30/2025–12/04/2025, and a restoration plan plus site-specific traffic-control plan are attached.
