9115 FERN CREEK RD issued encroachment permit for solar-powered LPR camera

Flock Safety is installing one solar-powered license-plate-reading (LPR) camera and Flock pole for the Louisville Metro Police Department near 9115 Fern Creek Rd, set in the right-of-way on the north side of Ferndale Rd between Fern Creek Rd and Birchline Blvd on property owned by Jefferson County School District Fin. The small job is scheduled for 10/30/2025–12/04/2025, includes a 2x2 street cut on dirt, technicians will park a van on the adjacent shoulder, and the permit notes a site-specific traffic-control and restoration plan.
