569 S Preston St encroachment permit for buried conduit placement

AT&T (ATT Southeast) is planning buried conduit work on S Preston St between E Muhammad Ali Blvd and E Chestnut St that will affect the frontage at 569 S Preston St, a property owned by the University of Louisville. Crews will pull conduit from an existing manhole, dig a 1' x 48' asphalt street cut and a 9' x 8' concrete sidewalk cut, and impose a curb lane and sidewalk closure with restoration per Louisville Metro guidelines; the work is scheduled from 10/27/2025 to 11/27/2025.
