1246 S 16TH ST continuation encroachment permit issued

Louisville Water Company is continuing a lead service-line replacement at 1246 S 16th St for owner Diane Vinson, with one 4' x 5' pavement cut on the west side to work on the water main that serves 1551 W Ormsby Ave. The encroachment permit closes S 16th St between Dumesnil St and W Ormsby Ave from 10/19/2025–11/01/2025 (the road will be plated and reopened at the end of each shift), restoration will follow LMPW utility policy, Basham Construction is the contractor, and Joseph Sloan is the project manager.
