861 S 4th St encroachment permit for Hometown Heroes banner

Jeanne Hilt of Paristown, working with the Greater Louisville Pride Foundation, will install a Hometown Heroes banner honoring John Asher on the Presentation Academy tower at the corner of Breckenridge and S. 4th. The work at 861 S. 4th St. (owned by Presentation Academy Foundation Inc.) is set for October 24–27, 2025 and will close about 40 feet of sidewalk on Breckenridge and 40 feet on S. 4th plus the far-right westbound turn lane on Breckenridge and the far-right northbound lane on Fourth—so expect a short, localized sidewalk and lane disruption while they hang the banner.
