1501 W MADISON ST encroachment permit issued for water main work on S 15TH ST

Louisville Water Company is continuing a lead service-line replacement for owner Chamberlain Enterprises LLC at 1501 W Madison St. The encroachment permit covers one 4' x 5' pavement cut on the east side of S 15th St between W Madison St and Stone Alley, with the road closed during work but plated and reopened at the end of each shift and restoration to follow LMPW utility policy. Project manager Joseph Sloan and contractor Basham Construction are listed, and residents and nearby agencies were notified that work may continue under a new permit.
